Good quality and service must of course be supported by good facilities and infrastructure as well. PT Unity Concrete Indonesia has an independent batching plant that allows us to control the quality and quantity of concrete according to predetermined standards. Each concrete produced is taken as a sample and periodically tested for concrete grade to determine the suitability. Our batching plant has several water storage tanks and concrete waste which is recirculated for use in the production of pile concrete, thus minimizing waste, being more environmentally friendly, and saving raw water use.

In its production process, PT Unity Concrete Indonesia uses concrete mold made by PT Tatchi Engineering Indonesia which has experience in making quality, precise and durable concrete molds to produce precise concrete products. In the production process, we are supported by complete heavy equipment such as: forklifts, rough terrain cranes, overhead / hoist cranes, wheel loaders, backhoes. Apart from that, there are also supporting equipment such as: concrete vibrator, compressor, welding machine, bending machine, rebar cutter, Hydraulic Hole Punching Machine, grinder, etc.

In the process of delivering its products, PT Unity Concrete Indonesia has several fleet units, including Truck Tronton Crane lifting capacity of 4 tons, Truck Tronton Crane lifting capacity of 8 Tons and Tractor Head Trailer capacity of 45 Tons.

PC Square Pile Mold owned by PT. Unity Concrete Indonesia is an adjustable type that can be set to produce products measuring ❒ 30x30 cm to.d. ❒ 50x50 cm with a variable length between 6 m to. 15m. The production capacity of PC Square Pile is 336 m per day and can be increased if there is a special order with a large quantity because it is possible to add mold from PT. Tatchi Engineering Indonesia.

PT. Unity Concrete Indonesia is facilitated with an internal concrete laboratory, one of the tools we routinely use is the Concrete Compression Test Machine to test concrete samples used in each batch of production, so that we can know and control the quality of the concrete produced. This tool is used to determine the quality of concrete at ages 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days (for PC Square Pile) and ages 6 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days (for RC Square Pile ).
